Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultations: full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; no refund afterwards, but we will reschedule once.

Services: cancellation within 7 days of payment and before work has started is eligible for a refund, less payment-gateway charges. Once work has started, fees are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Write to hello@example.com to request one.
